Kentuckiana Construction Users Council 2010 Annual KCUC Golf Scramble

Date:	Monday, September 20, 2010
Time:	Buffet lunch beginning at 11:30am Tee-off at 12:30pm
Place:	Wildwood Country Club 5000 Bardstown Road, Louisville KY 40291
Cost:	$500.00 per Foursome Fee includes green fee, cart, lunch, drink tickets, after golf hors d'oeuvre's, prizes, hole sponsorship with professionally produced signage, and a quality golf shirt for each player.
Note:	We ask that each team consider donating a door prize, which will help contribute to the success of the tournament.
Format:	Scramble - Make Your Own Team
Prizes:	Team Prizes, Closest to the Hole on Par 3's, Longest Drive, Most Accurate Drive, Door Prizes, KCUC Favors, and more!
Eligibility:	All KCUC Members and Guests
Attire:	Collared shirts with sleeves, no blue jeans, soft spikes required
